Insha’Allah, Vending Registration will open online at 12:00 noon on December 9, 2017. The Registration Fee is $200 per table. All vendors must register for the conference PRIOR to December 9th if they intend to purchase a vending table. Vending during the conference will be open from Friday March 30, 2018 through Sunday April 1, 2018 at assigned times.
Once you have solidified a table for the conference, a vending contract will be emailed to you containing detailed vendor information. This contract must be filled in, signed and returned.
The purchase of vending spaces is handled online through our event service, CVENT. For faster service and to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity in obtaining a vending space, we strongly encourage the following:
That all potential vendors register for the conference prior to December 7th. Please be sure to complete the entire registration process by purchasing your conference registration ticket on or before this date.
That you log into your conference registration to make sure your email address is registered prior to the December launch date. Please log into your registration BEFORE vending opens to check for potential log in problems. Contact us if any problems occur.
Please be advised that spaces are limited. Vending registration will automatically close when capacity is reached. All tables are $200 and are on a first-come, first-served basis. No one can purchase more than one (1) table. Any vendor who attempts to or purchases more than one (1) table for her business will be denied the right to vend and her vending fee will be returned to her.
Vendors will be allowed to choose their table this year. Please see our vending floor map on the available table page and choose your table prior to registration. We strongly advise that you select three (3) table spaces, in order of preference, in case your first or second choice has already been selected by another vendor.
